First time shopping and trying Ilia products and overall a very good experience all around. I took advantage of their black Friday sale, which resulted in a bit of a delay in shipping, not uncommon during big shopping holidays. Ilia was very good about staying in-touch, first sending out a general update and also returning my email with concrete information regarding my order. Once shipped the order arrived fast and was very well packed. I was very pleased with 3 of the 4 items I ordered and when I went to return the 4th (nothing wrong with it, just didn't work for me) their return process was WOW. Easy and hassle free. The products I am keeping were as described on their website, the colors where what I expected and I am pleased with the quality of their products. Shop Ilia with confidence.
Switched from Bobbi Brown and never looking back! LOVE the serum foundations, all-in-one sticks, mascara, lip balm - everything! My skin is so happy, and I save tons of time with a now simplified 5-minute routine.
Ammicable customer service by them! I'm so happy that the staff at this place is so nice. I had some issue with my order before Covid-19 hit us where an order I made had gotten cancelled even though I didn't. I contacted their customer service and they immediately helped me with this issue and ensured that the products would be delivered to me soon. They kept contact withme until the products came. So thankful!
Amazing amazing products, especially their foundation and super serum tint! They have so many different colors so it was so easy for me to find the most perfect shade for my body. Their super serum tint is amazing because it is a natural formula which leaves my skin super hydrated and fresh all day! It is well worth the price I paid for and so is the foundation because the coverage was amazing.

The fastest I've recieved a product was one week. Not bad for the low cost of shipping. If you need it faster, you can pay more to get it expedited.

It takes about a week or two to get the products. I think it can take up to a month if you live in Hawaii or Alaska.

Yes, the makeup is sulfate, paraben, and gluten free. They use pure and natural ingredients.

I think it would work for all skin types, but I think it's important to double check the ingredients to make sure you don't have any allergies.

I know that there are mineral based pigments, and extracts from different types of flowers. The only non vegan product they use is beeswax.

They use arnica in the vivid concealer which is so awesome! I've been using arnica for years and I never thought about it in makeup until I saw this. Helps with puffiness and dark circles.
